Computer Centre

The Computer Centre has about 15 computers. Broadband internet facility at the centre is used extensively by the college faculty, research scholars and PG students for enhancing their research/ teaching area based knowledge as well as for other knowledge based activities.



Central Library:

Library is the heart of any educational institution and in keeping with this view the college has a well furnished library having adequate books on all subjects along with reference books, encyclopedias, dictionaries, etc The students also have an easy access to internet in the college where they can gain valuable latest information about their subjects. The books are housed in a big well-lit and well-ventilated hall. The students are provided with peaceful environment and are encouraged for self-study. The college has a central library holding sufficient number of books and periodicals/journals to meet the requirements of the faculty members and the students. It has separate reading room to accommodate 70-80 students.

About
Education Department Library:

A another library is also having books for B.Ed, M.Ed and B.P.Ed course in the building of faculty of education he provide all type of books & another necessary journal for above mention course.



NSS (National Service Scheme)

N.S.S in which the students learn dignity of labour and the importance of social service. The students get involved in various activities of community development during the seven-day camp. NSS provides diversified opportunities to students to develop their personality through community service. There are 4 units of the NSS in the college.

Sports

Games center at STDPG College offers facilities of indoor and outdoor games for the wholesome development of the students, The center is very well equipped with the modern facilities. Various extra-curricular activities are organized throughout the year and the participation in inter -collegiate events are encouraged .Many of our students represent Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Awadh University team in different sports and participate in inter university /state and national level tournaments and secure position in these events every year. RATNA: To contribute the creative ideas in English, Hindi and Sanskrit among the students, the college publishes magazine RATNA annually.
